• Affirmative Action: Leadership Plus will, whenever possible, engage
people with disability as staff, trainers, presenters and spokespersons
• Broad Participation as Citizens: People with disabilities should operate as
leaders across all sectors of society including business, the Public Service,
Government, local communities and the Disability Sector

The Program extends over 12 months, commencing with a three-day retreat
followed by eight two-day seminars. It delivers and provides an accredited
set of leadership competencies for approximately 30 participants. Our
major delivery partner in the Leadership Program 2009 is RMIT with the
financial support from a range of other organisations including ANZ Trustees
and Tattersals. The seminars and retreat are sponsored by a range of
businesses, Government Departments and Statutory Authorities. In addition
organizations and sectors sponsor individuals with the expectation they will
benefit through the enhanced leadership capabilities of those they support.
